After the customer submits the payment, the restaurant/store will receive a push notification about the order. After the restaurant/store confirms the order, its status will be changed in the customer’s "Order History" details.
Once the order is ready to deliver, the restaurant/store can assign an available driver, in the same time driver will get a push notification about the new order with routing details.
For the delivery orders, customers can track their orders on the live map. This live customer tracking option will be enabled automatically once the Driver collects the order from the restaurant/store.

Payment
Credit card fees are only applicable if you are making payments through the system, and the bank will deduct these fees from each order before deposit into your account, just like your retail processing account.
If the order is a “Cash on Delivery” order, you pay just the $0.25 and you are responsible for collecting the payment in person, however, you want.

So you had your reasons for not renewing subscription before it ends and all apps stopped working (everything is deleted and no access to your customer details). We will keep you reminded of the Subscription Renewal before the end of each month. This means once you make the payment, your apps are renewed automatically.
